    1. Great firearm!!! Great vendor!!! (review by Bruce on 3/11/2015)

I'll start by saying the CenterfireGuns is my new favorite online gun store. Their prices are better than Bud's and they DO NOT make you wait a week for your your e-check to clear (this takes WalMart about 13 seconds!) AND they do not play the cash price vs card price game. The Thompson Center Venture 270 is a beautiful, entry to mid level rifle. For the price, it cannot be beat!! The fit and finish is great. So far I am not past the clean it and fondle it stage, waiting for Spring to melt the snow. I am a fan of 3-lug bolts (this one is smooooooooth) with their 60 degree throw over the 90 degree throws on the many 2-lug brands. You need not take my word on this gun. Google the crap out of it and you'll find armies who agree. Ever heard of Smith and Wesson, that's what is stamped on my TC Arms barrel....
