    1. Excellent AR Style Shotgun (review by Dsmith512 on 10/24/2016)

I loved the styling of this AR style shotgun. I like the fore grip and top rail more so than other MKA 1919 style shotguns,

When I first held the gun I was amazed out how light weight this gun is. I was concerned that this thing was going to kick bad because of the weight. I was pleasantly surprised at how little it does recoil. I have other friends who shot the gun including women and all were amazed at how little recoil this gun has with bird shot. The gun has some recoil with 00 buck but not bad at all.

I followed instructions and ran 100 rounds of high velocity (1300 fps) bird shot through the gun before any buck shot. This allows the springs to break in.

Disassembly of the gun is easy unlike some of the MKA 1919s where you have to remove the buttstock. With this gun the forend is removed and then it has a lever that lowers the feed ramps so that the barrel and bolt can be removed from the front side of the receiver.

The only issue I have had occurs when the bolt is locked back and a magazine is inserted, then when the bolt is released it will not close as it is hitting the magazine. It appears the magazine is pushed in to far and blocks the bolt from closing. Maybe a magazine problem where the catch is off or something inside the receiver is off that needs to prevent the magazine from over insertion.

      Awesome gun.
